We are a small family farm in western New York near Lake Ontario. It is our standard and belief that ethically raised animals in the long run produce a superior product. By giving our flock free access to pasture and shelter that is rotated to naturally control parasites we enable them to grow without chemical additives. Our Katahdin-Dorper flock is raised on a diet of unlimited grass, hay and a mixture of non-GMO locally sourced grain with the intent of producing a milder flavor to appeal to all tastes. Our hens are given free access to non-GMO grain, pasture and woods. We believe in a natural approach to all aspects of the farm and chose to intervene as little as possible, we only have one earth and every little bit helps preserve it.
